Besides mattress production, we also manufacture Super Bonnell innerspring coil system for the furniture industry.
We use the latest techniques in our manufacturing processes and all of our products are made from certified materials.
The general features of our products are :
Super Bonell double or single layer innerspring system, coil counts per sqm are 370 or 185.
Insulating and filling materials are antimicrobial, antibacterial and non-allergenic felt and foam of 22 density.
Added Edge Supports which consist of foam of 14 density, 60 mm in thickness and 150 mm in height creates a "picture frame" affect around a layer of contouring foam in the side upholstery.
Quilting with 100 % cotton fabric. Wool and cotton paddings underneath the quilt in our dual-comfort models.
Special production to customer specifications is also accepted.
