After intensive treatment the ceramics sintering can be activated by high surface, small particles size (down to nanoscale), mixing on nano level and formation the big surface of contacts of reactants and composite components.
These phenomena are investigated on small mill laboratory type with productivity 10-20 g/hour. But there no in market planetary ball mill in which the same processes take places with the productivity 3-5 kg/hour.
The reasons are the big technical troubles that appear with increasing the planetary mechanisms rotation radius and velocity ?the centrifugal forces are increase in squarely!
The planetary ball mill Activator? is predestinated for chemical reaction production under intensive mechanical treatment of reactants or high speed grinding down to nanoscale.
