TWP-500 installation processes unbroken automobile tyres as well as minor waste of technical rubber products added by plastic mass waste.
It is made as modules mounted on cargo semi-trailer chasie. The basis of the technology is the method of vapour and thermal decomposition of rubber. The basic advantage of the technology is a possibility to gain more liquid products in comparison with rubber crumb that is a liquid nitrogen fraction (analogy of the blend of oil fuels close to the fuel for boiler houses, output of a ton of the waste - 45%), powder-like carbon filler (analogy of the technical carbon usable in technical rubber blends of different designation: metallurgy, production of paintwork and building materials, output of a ton of the waste - from 35 to 50%), heating briquettes. We make the plant TR-1 too.
