Description:	DESICCATED COCONUT (DCN) is the ingredient produced from fresh coconuts which are harvested at just the right time to ensure the best flavour. The coconut has been shelled, pared, ground, steam blanched, and dried to the perfect moisture content to ensure long shelf life, best flavour and mouth feel. DCN is delicious eaten by itself as a snack, add to hot or cold cereal, and as an addition to backed goods. It can also be used in smoothies, sprinkled on salads or stirred into sauteed vegetables. Many of our customers used DCN to make pure coconut milk. Besides, it is also a common ingredient in Thai and Indian dishes. Our DCN is pure white, free from yellow specks or other discolorations. We offer this delicious coconut in two types : - High fat DCN (Fat content 60% and above), packed into 45kg bag. - Low fat DCN (Fat content 30% and below), packed into 25 kg bag. The DCN shall have a shelf life of 6 months if store under ambient conditions.
